Our Vision

The Pipeline to Success was created to guide and support our Young African American Males. The organization plans to help young males find a way in life and mentor them in ways that will help them break the stereotype of being “ a product of their environment”. This will be done through numerous mentor sessions, community activities, college tours, career fairs and many other activities. By doing so, the organization hopes to change the way society labels our young males and steer them in the direction of SUCCESS.
